Profile is holding a series of lunchtime visits to major London development projects throughout 2018. These offer the opportunity to see up-close schemes which are changing the capital’s landscape and hear from senior team members.

Islington Square is a £400 million truly mixed-use development, spanning four and a half acres in the middle of one of London’s most vibrant and thriving boroughs. It is being delivered through a Joint Venture between Cain International and Sager Group and is designed by architects CZWG.

Upon completion, it will deliver approximately 170,000 sq ft of prime retail and leisure space, including a Third Space gym, The Lounge by Odeon Cinema and subject to planning, the newly relocated King’s Head Theatre. The development will also provide nearly 400 new homes.
